The staff and leadership here at Spring Creek is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for every single person in the church. Ben Cross
Lead Pastor
Ben came to know the Lord in 2007 and is currently leading services at Spring Creek Church. Ben also serves as president of the board and is one of the founders of the church. Although he has no formal training, he feels called to preach the Gospel of Jesus. He also co owns a business in Mitchell with his wife Leslie and together they serve Spring Creek Church. Leslie makes sure that we have great cookies every week and takes care of greeting and making sure everyone feels at home.
They have two grown daughters, Dalli Jo Kooima (Jamison) and Cady Dockery (Dax) along with two wonderful granddaughters Reylynn and Blakley.
Jeremiah Gardner
Pastor Elder
Jerimiah stepped up as Elder in Spring Creek Church in 2024 and we look forward to his leadership
Jeremiah fills the pulpit several times a year, helps out with Men's ministry. He is a full time teacher, coach and helps with FCA in his school. He and his wife Elesha have two sons, Dylan and Drey.
Dax Dockery
Elder Worship Leader
Dax Dockery leads worship and stepped up as an Elder for Spring Creek Church in 2024.
Dax and his wife run a background cattle feeding lot and he also does custom welding, mostly building gates and cattle pens.
Dax has a wife Cady and daughter Reylynn.
Cady Dockery
Children's Ministry
Cady takes care of organizing our Children's Ministry, VBS and Awana program. She also helps with Women's ministry events and helps fill in wherever she is needed.
Cady helps with the feedlot work at home and raises her daughter Reylynn.
Dalli Jo Kooima
Worship Leader
Dalli has a heart for worship and children. She and her husband Jamison farm and have a young daughter Blakely.
